During the months of January-November 2024, a total of 582,443 persons were received at the taxpayer service centers and 885,859 services were provided to them, of which 326.5 thousand were verbal (answering the questions of the persons who applied regarding tax legislation and administration), 175.4 more than a thousand electronic services (for the preparation of declarations and reports, as well as various applications and in electronic form 89.1 percent of total services were made up of 9 types of services (excluding services related to oral and ready-made documents):
Declarations (reports) and submission of certificates on the calculation of current tax payments to the tax authorities;
Suspension of the taxpayer’s activity;
Fixed amount of simplified tax, mandatory state social insurance and mandatory medical insurance fee Issuance of payment receipt;
Issuance of Asan İmza certificates;
Registration and re-registration of a natural person;
Change of taxpayer’s accounting information; Restoration of the activity of the taxpayer;
Deregistration of a natural person.
More than 32,000 written appeals from taxpayers were answered during the reporting period. More than 11.9 million informational notices (letters) of various types were sent.
During January-November, 274 meetings were held with the participation of 3,988 taxpayers, targeted services were provided to 5,095 taxpayers. More than 2 million SMS were sent to taxpayers’ mobile numbers for the purpose of preventive information. During the 11 months of 2024, 560,169 Asan İmza certificates were issued for a total of 350,935 applications.
